About me, my style & prices

Before a photo shoot I will spend time with you discussing the type of photographs you want, getting to know my ‘model’ a little better & looking at the best places to shoot the pictures.
I am not a ‘studio photographer, preferring to use natural light & surroundings to capture my subjects, I find this gives the best results when working with children & pets, giving a more relaxed atmosphere to capture those special moments & expressions.
Taking the photos is only a small part of the end result, I spend many hours processing the selected images using various tools to achieve the desired effect, my aim is to produce something unique, a piece of art, not just another photo. You can specify the kind of style you like or leave me to decide what works best for each image; it’s the time I spend editing that hopefully makes each one special.

Prices:
I spend 1-2 hours in the location of your choice capturing a minimum of 100 images making them as varied & interesting as possible. The price of the shoot is £25.00 (in the Chesterfield area) travelling further afield will incur a fee to cover travelling time & fuel cost. Included in the price is a complimentary 8”x6” print of your favorite photo.
The price includes the time spent editing & applying effects to the image, although I will also have the more ‘traditional’ type pictures for you to choose from if that’s what you require.

16”x12” £15.00
Or printed to any size you require.

For the price of £40.00 I can have your chosen image (print size 12”x8”) mounted & framed in a style to suit the photo, beautifully presented & ready to hang in your home.

For something extra special why not consider a stretched canvas, these look very effective & prices start from £70.00 for a 12”x12”, other sizes available on request.

All printing is carried out in a professional lab using the latest printing technology on high quality gloss or lustre finish paper.
